I am the founder of Movewise Wellness. I have been dancing for nearly three decades. Through my extensive and eclectic training and life experiences, I have nurtured a deeply rooted understanding of how mind-body awareness and vitality are woven together. I’ve crafted unique teaching methods and programs encompassing emotional, physical, cognitive, and social resilience. I’m so excited to package this wealth of knowledge for you in an all-in-one place that will have you moving through life with more wisdom of yourself.
My vision for Movewise Wellness is to help anyone maintain balance and well-being, all in one place. Use the built-in tools and guided sessions to work towards achieving freedom of mind, and freedom of expression. When you are here, you are safe to explore and grow at the pace you need.
On Movewise Wellness, you can access on-demand guided videos in yoga, dance, mediation, and more. Register for in-person + online group classes using the scheduling feature.
